MyFrenchFilmFestival.com : an online cinema festival available to all !

MyFrenchFilmFestival.com’s goal is to showcase young French film creators and share with Internet users all over the world our love of French cinema. For the very first time, an entirely dematerialised festival will enable everyone, whatever his country, to have access to the selected films and vote for his favourites.
When?
From 14-29 January 2011 film buffs worldwide will be able to access all the films proposed in the 1st edition of the online French film festival.

The Principle?
Ten feature films and ten shorts by young French creators are in competition. Internet users are invited to vote for their favourite films and leave their comments on the website. The selection includes as well three out-of competition heritage films.

How?
The festival is available in 10 languages: the website and films (available for a fee via video-on-demand) are accessible in Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. As of the opening of the website of My French Film Festival, Internet users will be able to watch free of charge trailers of the selected films, as well as exclusive interviews with the directors and stars.

Prize-winners
Six prizes will be awarded at the end of the festival (three for the feature films, three for the shorts): the Internet Users Prize, the Foreign Bloggers Prize and the International Press Prize. The award-winning feature films will be screened on board all Air France planes as of 1 April 2011 for a duration of 6 to 9 months.
